The seller of this wonderful piece of space memorabilia states that it was purchased at the NASA shop at KSC, and that, "We were told it was limited to 10 signed of this type."

Whilst it's frightening to imagine that there might be nine more of these monstrosities running wild out there, this seems about as likely as the idea that the KSC shop would sell badly-forged Apollo 11 signed photos so I think we can safely assume this is a one-off.
