The Gemini 10 embroidered patch is clearly visible on the spacesuits of Collins and Young during the suiting-up for the mission itself as shown here in S66-42424.

The Crew Patch

The Gemini 10 crew patch appears to have been hand-trimmed to shape, probably from a 4" round patch (rather like the Apollo 7 crew patch).

The ends of the X extending beyond the main body of the patch make it an unusual design, and most souvenir versions of the patch have the X of the design fully-enclosed within a round patch.

An example of this patch recently sold for over $4000 [1]. Despite the price, this patch was noted as having been given to the consignor before the flight so was not a flown example.

A more recent example, also unflown and from the collection of Mike Collins, fetched a surprisingly low $360[2].

The trimmed patch measures 3½" wide by 3" high (87x76mm).
